Renewal timelines are so odd. Submitted my renewal on 12/02/22, still pending as of 01/12/23. Not annoyed yet, but seems like I caught the "long wait for approval" queue instead of the "approved within days" queue.
Second renewal, have had GE since 2013. |

6/2/2022 applied but GE had expired while waiting for renewed Passports. My wife applied the same day but GE had not expired for her. We are both still waiting. She has benefits, GE and TSA Pre both work, me I am with the masses.

Global entry approved. Interview?
We applied to renew my wife’s global entry and it was approved in probably about four or five days. Before it was approved it was noted an interview would be required. However, now that it shows the application was approved there is no option to schedule an interview. It seems it was simply removed. So my question is, does that mean a new card will be mailed to her and no interview will be required?

Yes, you're approved. If you need an interview, your status will be "Conditional Approval".

Online renewal application submitted 1/26/23 ~10:10 PST, approval email received 37 hours later.
[Edited to add] The new card came in the mail on February 6. Just under eleven days from application to having it in hand. :tu: _ _ _ _ _ _ |
