KVS Tool just brilliant!
 
I have been using the KVS tool for nearly 4 months now, I signed up for the tool to allow me to keep a constant eye on availability with South African Airways for rarely available business class award seats on their prime direct non-stop flight from London to Cape Town for Christmas and New Year. Last week, to my amazement, SAA released a few seats for the peak season dates I wanted and I managed to contact the airline immediately and book them before they rapidly disappeared. Thanks to the KVS Tool my wife and I are now looking forward to a great 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period in Cape Town, and flying there and back in the wonderful comfort of SAA's Business Class Sleeper Seats! Thank you to the KVS Team, we will be recommending the tool to all our friends and family who regularly travel overseas! :)

what's wrong with *A award search?
 
Today I found KVS is not showing any *A award. Anything wrong? :confused:

Any particular error or route you're looking at? I see *A availability on some routes just fine, albeit via a different front-end engine, but that suggests that the ANA site is working just fine so I'd expect an error if you're not getting answers via the tool.

No, not working for me. I tried the same date. KVS searched for about 5 seconds, and then displayed nothing. :(

My ANA # has 0 mile, I wonder if that is the reason. My membership expires in 9 days, but I don't think that should matter.

Except *A awards, everything else is fine.

Can anyone help with error messages I am getting with KVS.

I am searching for oneworld award availability and getting an error saying "Data source error: booking notification - china" if I search for flights originating in China. Similar messages for HKG, BKK and other Asian destinations.

Search works fine for US / Europe origins and in the past has worked OK for Asia. Any ideas?

Please change the POS back to its default setting (AU-QFA-SP1) and try again.

First time, I wanted to see, what the kvs can do.

First, I did pay. I got a nice mail, that the Diamond/2 Month got through. Fine.
Then, I tried to register.
And, guess what, it did not accept my E-Mail. The same, that was accepted before. I hate, when something like this happens. First, accept everything, and then, you want all information about your customer. Okay, I provided two other e-Mail addresses, until it accepted it.

That was 7:45 am this morning. Until now, I have not heard anything. (8 hours later).

The tool must be damn good, because at the moment, I feel like I will not even try to use it anymore.

Be patient. Kevin may not live in the same timezone as you, that's why he posted the 24 hours turnaround time. He is otherwise very prompt in my experience.

I think you will find the tool well-worth the few hours wait.

Dude relax! If you don't like the service take your business elsewhere. You are being unreasonable, he gives a 24hr turnaround time and you have given him 8hrs.

I have had outstanding service from the KVS tool over the last 5-6 years or so ^^^

The thing is, that he makes you aware of the 24hr AFTER you paid.
In a world of today, why can he not grant immediate access and check later? The payment went through...
