UA has changed the web site again and the award/upgrade/X1 availability is no longer displaying properly.

KVS is there a fix yet for UA upgrades yet? I recieve an error message when I try and do an Award/X-1 search.

Is KVS down again? I tried it at about midnight EDT and it was down. Now it is 10:45EDT and it's still down.

The website kvstool.com is down as well.

UA Award Availability
 
When I look up award avilability for YQR-ORD-BRU (UA 6912/972) for September 17/10 on Expert Flyer I find F6 and F4 for First availailability. I don't see anything showing when I search on KVS. Is it the difference in access methods that produces the different result? Or, is it actually the type of reward space that is showing that is different (e.g., UA space versus Star Alliance space)? These questions may be answered elsewhere, but I haven't found answers yet but I am curious about the differences between what is being shown.

Setting the [Limit:] to 10 when using the [Awards-Upgrades/X1] Method will only retrieve availability for non-stop flights.

Regardless "F" is paid first class, not award first class. If you're using the UA availability method then you're looking for "XF" space.

I'm trying to figure out first class award availability for a US flight. Flight 754 from PHL to CDG on 9/3/10. I've input my ANA # and pin and have received results. Not sure what they mean though.

It means that there is no award availability on that flight. Please see http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Methods

one last question. Can you have the app search and alert every n hours? I'd like to have it search for me and alert me, if the award becomes available.
