Does it check once a day or something? My tool has been open for days, but the first time I went to use it today, about 1.5 hrs ago, no dice.

Essentially, yes. However, the timing will vary, depending on your Time Zone...

I had the same problem with 4 instances of the Tool running - if you decide to *change* the query method, then you will require the Tool to reauthenticate itself, resulting in the Tool becoming non-operational.

Unfortunately, I closed all my instances of the Tool after finding one misbehaving, so I'm toast for now... :td: :(

Delta - Skymiles Question
 
I am new to KVS and have some usability questions:

- I want to search round trip, not one way, is that possible. Not sure why only one way appears as that is useless.

- is it possible to do parameter search, i.e.: show me the first available date for low mileage redemption in business from ATL to SYD. I don't want to search day by day, I can do that on the delta site for free.

- Is it possible to set an alert and be notified when a search matches your criteria: i.e.: I want to look for low mileage redemptions from atl - syd and have it text and email me when the system finds new availability

I like the concept of KVS and would happily pay a higher fee but the system has to save time and provide value.

Because there is no such thing as "Round-Trip" Availability. The Round-Trip/One-Way distinction only applies to Fares.

To reverse the city pairs after searching for Availability for outbound flight(s), simply click the [Swap] button on the right, which will also automatically prompt you to enter the [Return] Date.

i'm trying to find award availability on ly. i see that by looking under avail. with appol or sabre it shows all the available classes and they're supposed to be p,x and j for first/business/economy awards. but for some reason "j" never shows up at all on flights from ewr or jfk, only on flights out of yyz i'm seeing j listed. what am i missing here? how can i check for econ. award availability?

Please use the [Galileo: ETR] Method to check J availability on 3-class LY flights.
