I am getting the "Message 106" error when doing a SkyTeam reward search. Specifics are below...

I've been getting that "message 106" error a bit too often on the NW WP award search ever since they "enhanced" their front cabin awards on the 7th.

Maybe try the JP-NWA POS option?? That will query the Japan site so it might behave better.

Just got a message that KVS v3.6 is out, I need to update... when I download the file it's an unknown file type and prompts me to pick what program I want to use to open it. Never been a problem in the past.

Availability by carrier is not supported by [Sabre: GTC], but you can apply Filtering options.

The initial query using this Method will take longer, but subsequent requests should not take as much time.

This is an issue with the Awards/SkyTeam engine, which has now been reported to the appropriate parties for resolution...

I admit that I didn't read the 100+ pages of information here.

I haven't used the tool much but paid for the app so I could search star alliance awards. I enter 10-18-2009 as my date, clt - fco as my route, pick snt: awards/star alliance and search. I see only USAir, not LH as a possibility, and there are no open award seats at all on US. When I check the US website I see plenty of award seats available, and even at the lowest 'saver' level. No awards when I search PHL - FCO either, but again they are obviously there.

Obviously I'm doing something wrong that didn't jump out to me in the help file, or the program doesn't do what I thought it did.

When searching using the ANA tool you have to go segment by segment. Not sure why it isn't accurately reflecting the US availability. Is it possible that you are an elite on US and that you are seeing additional seats because of that? When I search those dates for CLT-FCO I get 50K each way, not 17,500 or 25K. I do see availability on the 20th at the standard saver level.

Where are you seeing a standard *A award for CLT-FCO/18 Oct on US? US DM website is showing only a double-mileage award available:

24 h delay: i can't use it now :td::td::td:
(the machine system code has changed but not the username : it was not the same for first beta that i have used yesterday for testing, ...and working))
