Version 3.4.x: What's New
What's New in Version 3.4.0
To address the ongoing issues with Fares/DotRes engine, I am pleased to announce the introduction of the new [Galileo: Fares/PSH] Method, which will provide reliable access to premium cabin fares. Access to this Method will be available to all Platinum-tier members with immediate effect, and I wish to thank existing members for their patience, while a solution was being implemented.

T H A N K S # Q: I have just installed an updated version of the KVS Tool; why am I being prompted to reboot Windows? # A: You should always exit the KVS Tool before running the Setup/Update. Should you forget to do so, the Setup will need to reboot Windows in order to complete the update. |
Somehow, Sabre/ITN is not working.
Apollo/Worldspan are working. (Have the latest edition installed, as of today) |
Using Galileo/PSH I see these fares for LHR-PER on 1 AUG 09 on NZ
but these fares do not show up on airnewzealand.co.uk, or on itasoft, or using any of the other fare methods in KVS so, do they exist? [KVS Availability Tool 3.4.0/Platinum - Galileo: Fares/PSH/RU] Code:
LHR London Heathrow UK [EGLL] |

Look at KL785 Why such a difference? Okay, I saw on the FAQ that only one airline had to be chosen at Apollo, so again: ----------------------------- Another strange thing: Using the award-engine we leave an hour earlier ;) Just saw that the departure time has changed. Maybe that's the reason for the differences. |

I have found if you are searching with "**" in the airline(s) box, this frequently occurs. (gives the internet/time out error)
Again, there have been no issues with the ITN system itself (or the Tool) in the recent past. |
