Thanks for the quick response. I tried the options suggested on the error page however not getting any luck. Weird thing is that I was using it yesterday and had no absolutely no issues. There have also been no system changes that have been made on my computer. HELP!

Cheers.

Also try restarting your computer and restarting/resetting your ADSL/Cable modem and router (if applicable).

That's the website link. Since YY is not an airline, it has no website :).

I am working on bringing back both of these features. In the meantime, if there is a particular route you need MPM info for, please post here and I will look it up for you...

We are many to wait for these features...
On JNB-EZE, can you look for routing and/or MPM ?
Thanks

MPM 6082 via Atlantic.

I am having some problems with *A award checker.

The routing JNB-BOM only returns results for Sundays. All other days when the flight is operational it says " No award availability - Route too complex" Even though there is a direct flight on that day.

Am I doing something wrong?

This Method requires that there is a return flight in the opposite direction on the same day.

So does this mean that I can't search for flights unless there is a return flight on the same day?

Or is there a way to check the availability?

Where do you get MPM information?

Correct -- you cannot search for *A award availability in such scenarios (which are relatively rare).

I am not able to obtain Fare listings using the Fares Dot Res option when selecting United Airlines(or any other specific airline like AA, DL, etc.) as the airline to search(e.g ORD-LHR route). I get a datasource error. Is there an option to make this work? I do get fare listings when selecting search all airlines, but this does not help me, as I wish to search United or one specific airline's fare listing and classes for a specific route.

There appears to be an issue with the DotRes US POS. Selecting a different POS (e.g. UK) will resolve the issue for now.

The only other option I have is to select Fares/TVN, but these listings are limited and do not cover the fare listings thoroughly like Fares/ DotRes. How do I connect to a Fares/DotRes UK server? Is there a way for you to notify Sabre to fix the US based problem?

Simply select [UK] in the [POS:] field in the Tool.
