CX award availability?
 
KVS Tool User Guide & FAQ suggests that CX/KA award availability can be viewed using "CUPID: Awards/CX", but for the life of me I can't find this option on the KVS Tool. I imagine I'm just being thick, but a quick pointer would be appreciated.

Access to CX Awards/Upgrades has just been introduced as a part of the current Beta -- please see today's announcement at www.KVSTool.com

Looks like it's just on some routes. Seems sort of random. I'm pretty sure it's just the nwa.com problem reported on the NW forum.

New diamond teir is not cool KVS! back when i signed up with Plat, "routing rule" was one of the benefits. When it went away i assumed you lost the capability, you obviously have the capability back now, but instead of adding it back for Plats, you've added a new tier, and put "routing rules" there!

What's going to happen when i sign up for a Diamond, after two months are you going to take away "Maximum Permitted Mileage" and "Operational Info" add a new Kryptonite teir and put the benefits there?

Your concerns are certainly understandable.

The system behind the old Routing Rules was, in fact (and unfortunately), decommissioned and 'mutated' into the Fare Rules Summary option, which remains at the Platinum level. If the old system ever came back, I would have been more than happy to make it available again at the original level.

The new Routing Rules functionality is a result of many months of development efforts and does not share anything in common with the old function, other than the name.

So, as with most things in this industry, things aren't always what they seem ;)

As mentioned above, nothing was [intentionally] taken away. In fact, CX Awards/Upgrades were added to the Platinum level. Lastly, there are no new "Kryptonite" :) tiers expected in the foreseeable future.

Having said that, and recognizing the potential impact this may have on existing members, there will be solutions available on a case-by-case basis, which are best discussed via e-mail or using the Contact Form.

My subscription has just expired and was going to renew but a little confused about the Diamond level, it doesn't appear to give anything more than Platinum except a number of features 'comming soon' - are any of these features actually available now?

All "Coming Soon" KVS Tool features (both Platinum and Diamond) are live in the current Beta, available by request.

Now your tool has (at least) a great value with routing rules and MPM for the Diamond tier. Very simple to use.
I don't regret US$75 for one year.
Just waiting for RTW fares and it will be the best FF tool.
