How do I access CUPID?
 

I just paid for Platinum membership and have version 3.4.1. How do I find Cupid in order to search CX awards? DO I have to download Beta version? If so how? Thanks.

Data Source Error
 

I keep getting "Data Source Error: Award availability cannot be checked for the specified origin and/or destination" when searching IAH-LHR on Amadeus. Tried different dates and still getting error....whys this happening?

This is a limitation of the awards engine; you can check for awards to IAH though.

Can you explain a bit more? Why the limitation? This route is the main reason I got KVS in the first place.....

I am afraid I can't -- that's just how that engine currently works. The Tool does attempt to request availability for any city pair entered, but if the engine rejects the request, then there isn't much that can be done from this end...

i was using the beta (with Cupid availability, etc) and then was prompted to download a new version and those cool new features of the beta were lost. What gives, how do I get those features back, they were great?

Skyteam award search is no longer showing KE or AF flights. It seems like it's only showing NW and KE flights

There are, indeed, some ongoing issues with the SkyTeam Awards engine ("Message 106" when a specific carrier is selected and missing results when no carrier is specified).

This has already been escalated to the appropriate parties and is being looked into...

ATL - SIN, award ticket
 

Dear experts,

I've been trying for a month to see the availability (lowest miles) award ticket using DL for ATL-SIN (any dates on July) and SIN-ATL (October). DL website shows lots of low miles dates on ATL-SIN, but N/A on return SIN-ATL on October.

KVS shows Error message 106 for award ATL-NRT, NRT-SIN or ATL-SIN and KVS shows no award flight found for SIN-NRT, NRT-ATL . Can you help me? (platinum user)

I am a platinum member and using version 3.4.1. When doing an award redemption search on SNT: Awards/Staralliance, I keep getting F- and C- for all of the dates I am searching between LAX-SIN, etc. I know SQ is still offering *A F and C classes on 747's (not 77W and A380's) however for all of the dates I am searching between now and next year show 0 availability on F and C. Is there a problem on Starnet using the ANA search or is there another issue? It's really frustrating not seeing any availability. Thanks in advance.
