There appears to be a problem with the UA awards engine, as it could not handle OW award requests from non-US/CA airports.

This should now be resolved in V2.5.1 -- see below.

KVS: Couple of suggestions:
(1) Under the "My Trips" tab, the trips seem to be ordered by when they were saved. Would be better to have them in date order.
(2) Following on from the above, the trips don't seem to save the time of day of the query.
(3) I would like to see a "hotkey" to increment or decrement the date and search. E.g., if you look for availability on 24th May and you see nothing, it's be nice to be able to hit one key to search again on the 25th May. Perhaps PgUp and PgDn?

Otherwise I really loving this tool, it's GREAT! I've just reduced my ExpertFlyer membership down to the $4.99 level because (a) they have very little in the way of fare classes and (b) they don't seem interested in implementing suggestions like you do. Everytime I suggest something, "yeah, we thought of that" or "not interested."

Now if only you did flight alerts...

Thanks for the feedback!

The new hotkey (<Ctrl> + <PageUp>/<PageDown>) will be implemented as of the next version (V2.4.2), which is due very shortly.

As for "My Trips", it will now also save the [Time:] field. Unfortunately, I am unable to make it sort by date at this time...

2.5.2, I hope. :)

I seem to be having a problem with the SRS: Timetable method. Any search results in a pop-up error dialog that says:

Unable to Retrieve Data:

"Innovata Flight Schedules"
With an OK button, which when clicked boots me back to the empty results. I really liked this feature. :( Any chance of getting it back for 2.5.2?

Yes, it should be back in the next version...

KVS,

Would you consider adding the seat map previews for flights as found on Expedia.com? This is another useful method of looking at how seats are booked on a flight.

Seat map functionality is already available -- just double-click on a flight, and then select [Seat Map].

However, I cannot provide a direct link to Expedia's seat maps.

Any clue to when the seat maps would be back up?
