(FAQ Updated)

KVS, W is not the business upgrade class for SA (as stated in the FAQ). SA now uses O,I,X for award and upgrade classes the same way that many *A partners do. As far as I know none of these is visible using any of the KVS methods or EF.

BTW I mailed AUA as you suggested (using the "mailto" button on their site) to ask if they were going to recognise SA as a *A partner anytime soon - and the mails just bounced back as undeliverable. :rolleyes:

That one worked a treat. ^ Got a very prompt and friendly, if linguistically somewhat erratic, response to say that they are aware that AirManager is not working correctly on *A flights and they will fix it in "Spring or beginning of Summer"! :( Well at least now we know. :p

I haven't been able to get this to work for the last two days.. When I search for something all it does is timed out and give error 35761

That started happening to me about a week or two ago. The answer was to set the "Limit" choice on the KVS tool (the box right next to the "Go" button) to 10 or 20. (It is in the FAQ, but not all that easy to find - at least for me.)
