Sorry for the question I am a newbie at using the KVS tool. I was looking at BA awards but it seems you need to put in a QF FF number. Is this the only way of doing it as I am only a member of BAEC

I'm having a problem finding award availability with AF. When I search for availability it tells me that there are no flights. Seems like someone on this forum had the same issue 2 months back. Will this be fixed soon?

I am encountering the problem in only one of my computers. The other two computers are fine. I uninstalled KVS and reinstalled it, the problem is still there. How do I fix it?

The problem is, when I use Sabre: Fare/TVN to check fares, it gives me the error message:
I am using the newest version 5.1.0. As a matter of fact, this problem suddenly surfaced when I was using the previous version 5.0.2. To check fares using the other two methods never gives me any error message.

You have to clear your cookies. There is an issue with Travelocity.ca where sometimes they want you to join or clear your cookies to search more.

This is because if there are no AF rewards available they do not show in the nwa.com search engine. So you won't see any results using the SkyTeam search method if there are no seats. And it only searches for Biz/Coach, not First.
