I'm using 5.1.6 and still have the data source problem. Anybody else?

5.1.5 works OK
I will now not Load 5.1.6 until KVS responds

If V5.1.6 had any issues, it would not have been released -- perhaps you were thinking of M$? :D

Trying to find availabilty (WSpan: Availability/ITN), HKG-ZRH on LX.
I get the following error message:
"Error requesting Data: Cannot connect [12029] connecting [9002] No Data Received Requesting [H].

I have the same problem when using Sabre: Availability/GTC.
Internet Connection test worked. Same problem appears when my firewall is turned off.

Now it seems to be working just fine again :).

Seatmaps?
 

No more Apollo - Seatmaps?

Amadeus is still there, apollo has been more detailed because of the display of blocked seats etc.

The Apollo Seat Maps engine has, unfortunately, been decommissioned last week, after providing many years of great service.

A new Enhanced Seat Maps option (which should have various seat indicators, such as Blocked, Premium, etc.) is currently being developed...

Just signed up for plat membership for an award I'm planning, look forward to trying it. :)

UA Awards/Upgrades Not Accurate
 

In checking for UA Awards/Upgrades, KVS info is not accurate.

Not all flights are showing up. Some that do not show, have availability on the UA.bomb.

NO AWARD AVAILABILITY is displayed, but on UA.bomb there is availability.

Pls provide specific examples...

The Awards-Upgrades/CX is no longer working. Might have something to do with the fact that the format / interface on the CX website for redeeming Asia Miles has also changed...

From KVS using ITA: Awards-Upgrades/X1 screen
From UA Book with Miles using Standard Award same date

As mentioned in the KVS Tool User Guide (http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Methods), [ITA: Awards-Upgrades/X1] cannot show flights, which are zeroed-out in the Economy cabin (e.g. Y0).

UA 932/24 Dec is Y0.

UA 974/24 Dec is Y9, but all possible return flights (26 Dec) are Y0.

What else am I not understanding. I missed that note in the help section. That is good to know.

I understand UA932 not displaying because of Y0.

However, I do not understand UA974 not displaying since it is Y9. What does a return have to do with it?

Also, I have noticed quite a few flights where there is major NC availabilty but it does not show up on KVS because it is Y0. Seems like UA might be making a point.
