Thanks for that KVS, it was the cookies issue. I didn't think I needed to delete them, just followed the instructions on the FAQ (Accept First-party cookies).

Error 35764 still executing last request (Inet)
 
I'm getting this error message. I have cleared the fields and closed down, but it keeps popping back up when I try to run any search. I have disconnected the internet and reconnected but still no luck.

I have plat access and, to date, have had no issues using KVS.

Can you help please Mr KVS?

Skyteam Awards -- AM, KE, KQ, UX showing (but not listed!)
 
Hi, KVS!

I note with pleasure that AM, KE, KQ, and UX now show up on Skyteam Award Searches (new), but aren't yet listed among the searchable airlines!

Seems that AZ, OK, and CZ still don't show up on the tool.

Yes, this was announced on 04 Nov 2008 :): http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showt...4#post10634074. CZ is also included. OK awards can be checked via [Sabre: ITN].

Thanks - it's now working on my end - both EF and KVS were down, leading to assume that LH was blocking this info, due to the airport/aircraft hijack warnings in India...

I have never had the issue before
Deleting all cookies solves the problem BUT doing this is very painful as we loose all our good history information for other key log ins

If you could publish the exact cookie file name or names we could manually delete the infected cooke file from the cookies directory instaed of having to delete all.

1. For several fare searches on your tool - AC business class fares show only J class fares. There are discounted business class fares listed on the AC web site.
