Thanks for that KVS, it was the cookies issue. I didn't think I needed to delete them, just followed the instructions on the FAQ (Accept First-party cookies).

Error 35764 still executing last request (Inet)
I'm getting this error message. I have cleared the fields and closed down, but it keeps popping back up when I try to run any search. I have disconnected the internet and reconnected but still no luck.
I have plat access and, to date, have had no issues using KVS. Can you help please Mr KVS? |

Skyteam Awards -- AM, KE, KQ, UX showing (but not listed!)
Hi, KVS!
I note with pleasure that AM, KE, KQ, and UX now show up on Skyteam Award Searches (new), but aren't yet listed among the searchable airlines! Seems that AZ, OK, and CZ still don't show up on the tool. |

1. For several fare searches on your tool - AC business class fares show only J class fares. There are discounted business class fares listed on the AC web site.
