Still doesn't answer my question. Why is one out of two daily flights on this route absent from both Apollo and WSpan?

Probaly a time of day thing because the 142 is an 03:30 departure.

Just change the time to 00:00 and you should see it.

Can anybody provide a chart interpreting the cabin class letter? In the FAQ it says to refer to FAQ Part 2, but I could not find it...

Thanks.

No, that's a list of supported BA booking classes. Pls keep reading the KVS Tool User Guide/FAQ to find an answer to your question ...

It has to be said that pmcg's response was rather more helpful than your more cryptic one. If the answer is in the User Guide/FAQ then why not identify the relevant section (it's very long and chances are that if most people who've subscribed to the tool use it to save time, then they're unlikely to have the time / inclination to read all the way through long user guides). Anyway, problem solved now.

I wonder if there is a term for a FAQ reading phobia? :)

No, just a special category of fares.

You are welcome to try an ExpertFlyer.com 5-day free trial as we still have full RTW and Circle fare listings along with their fare rules.

Using KVS 3.3.1. Anyone able to access fares through Sabre: Fares/TVN?

I always get "Unable to Retrieve Fares: Sorry, reservations can only be made up to 330 days in advance. ..."

If you are getting this message on the last day of the current month (e.g. 31st), then this caused by a time difference bug in the TVN engine and you should simply try your request in a few hours. In the meantime, you may wish to use the [Fares/DotRes] Method.

Same result (no result) on november 1st
I begin to regret my contribution to your tool since you abandon (or have been abandoned) Zuj.

It's the internal date, used by the TVN engine, that is causing the problem -- I am currently looking into this matter...
