*A Awards Not Showing Within 7 Days
 
I'm getting the *A within 7 day error. I upgraded to 5.8.0 about two weeks ago. It seems the problem may be back.

Looks like you may be using an incorrect POS setting:

Anyone else getting this error while searching for flight status via the WSpan Function?

Error Retrieving WSpan Operational Info:

"FRAME-ID NOT SUPPORTED"


It's been this way for more than a week now.

Anyone know how to check what the legal connection times at airports around the world in KVS?

Click on the 'Reference' tab
Select the function 'Minimum Connection Time'
and type in the airport code

(Not sure what level of membership you need for this - I'm Diamond)

thank you. I'm a diamond member and followed the steps you mentioned and it shows:

NO MCT EXCEPTIONS EXIST FOR REQUEST - SEE STANDARD MCT

what would be the standard MCT?

We are currently looking into an issue with the WSpan system. In the meantime, please use the Amadeus Operational Info option.

I deleted the travelocity cookie and now get
"Datasource Error"
"There is no page matching your request"

Please try clearing all your MSIE Cookies & Temporary Files and restarting the Tool.

If that does not resolve the issue, please e-mail a screenshot of the input parameters.

I do not want to delete ALL Cookies, causes to lose too much saved information
Which Cookies files do u wnat me to delete?
I have deleted the cookie travelocity files
Are there other named cookies files?
I did delete all temp internet files

The input parameters was for a simple search
ie JFK-ATL Delta Dec 1 and EWR-ORD Dec 1 ALL

The screenshot you have provided is showing a username/password error message -- are you sure you have a valid FS account?

Also, please edit the previous post to remove the e-mail address.

Problem solved
I forgot about the FS account/login in
Somehow my FS cookie was corrupted or deleted
I logged into my FS account and reset my password
All now working
