okay, all right. Now is the IE my default browser, but it doesnt work!! I get the error message again and again.

Code:

Alternatively, after you get the [ShellExecute] error Message, goto Start -> Run and enter
"%TEMP%\$KVS_AvailabilityTool_OpenURL.htm"
Then choose your preferred browser and make sure to select the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" option.

Do you know the instruction for the Mac OS X Terminal??

You can also set-up an association for .HTM files via Windows Explorer:

Try re-installing Firefox.

If that does not help, you would need to contact the developers of CrossOver for instructions on how to associate .HTM files with your preferred web browser on the virtual machine.

In the meantime, you can simply navigate to http://www.KVSTool.com/ manually.

The results reported by the KVS Tool show different availability on the same flight:

Flight AC872 appears twice - once with no availability in classes U, H, Q, V, W, etc., and a second time with 7-9 seats in each of those classes.

Also, flight AC876 does not appear at all. Any suggestions? (... or, what am I doing wrong?)

That's perfectly normal -- please see the Married Segments section at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Factors

Is the 'KVS tool' the best choice when it comes to finding NC and NF seats that may be available months in advance or just the last few weeks before a flight?
I've never really found a clear answer to this.
Thanks,
Brentski

Since the data comes from the ANA tool, I'm guessing that is the equivalent of when the ANA tool can't get the data (I've experienced that before). I would guess a problem with the *Net connection. Typically it is transient and goes away after a while.
