Just contributed diamond for this...am trying to make heads or tails out of it. I'm usually fairly good at picking these things up, but having a bit of trouble.

Maybe someone can help me through an example of what I should be doing:

ANA
SFO->NRT->HKG->SFO
October 22 (flexible) -> October 29 (HKG) -> November 7 (SFO)

3 Award seats

How would I go about doing this?

I use several different computers throughout the day. It appears I need a different registration code for each computer. Is this correct?

That is correct -- to request additional Registration Codes, please use the Registration Wizard at http://Reg.KVSTool.com/

You would need to check Award Availability for each leg separately:
Just goto the [Awards/Upgrades] Tab, select 3 Seats, and search for SFO-NRT, NRT-HKG, HKG-SFO.

Would you tell me the settings/selection criteria to receive the output above? I'm unable to reproduce that layout.

Did you select the [Awards/JL-OneWorld] Method?

No - I used BA method, since those are my creds. Will enroll in JA and try with JA.

Is that (JA) a better method in general?

I think I'm getting the hang of this awesome tool. I just upgraded to Diamond, but I'm having some trouble.

This flight shows a fare of $543, but when I go to ITA, I can't find that fare. I must have missed a step - maybe availability?

It depends on your preferences:

[Awards/BA-OneWorld] can check Award Availability across all OneWorld carriers at once, but it won't display flights that have no Award Availability whatsoever.

For [Awards/JL-OneWorld], you have to select a specific carrier, but it will display the lack of Award Availability explicitly.
