Maybe the next step would be to call AY? Unfortunately their office is closed now, but I wonder if they would be any help.
Both AAgents also said it's possible that there is award availability, but only AY's FF members .... any merit to that?

Well, these issues, on top with the crazy Russian Visa requirements led me to change our plans and go to NRT instead. DFW-NRT-DFW on AA, booked via AA.com ... Pretty boring air itinerary, but was much easier and cheaper (fees/taxes wise).

Does the mobile tool not show all flights?

For example, I want to see AC1169 (YYZ-YVR @ 06h30) tomorrow.

For time, I've put in: "anytime, 06:00, or 08:00"
For airline, I've put AC, *A, or blank

It will never show the 06h30 departure, but start with AC103 @ 07h00

What am I doing wrong? (I can't use the main software as my work firewall prevents authentication, even after KVS troubleshooting)

KVS newbie here, going ok so far but a quick question...couldn't find the answer via a search

Looking to book a *A award using UA miles, I see availability using the ITA method, but these flights arent showing at united.com. Are these only bookable by phone?

I'm using KVS Tool through Crossover for Mac, and sometimes the thing just get "stuck" where the keyboard would stop typing, but everything else would still function, if you know what I mean? So if I select a piece of text and type something, rather than overwriting it I'd get the cursor to shift up or down, that kind of stuff... like if Num Lock was off and you tried to type using the number pad. If I restart the program that solves it. Do you know what this is?
