Maybe you should see if AwardNexus.com can help you in the mean time. It does the ANA *A search too but it's a regular website and free.

KVS - Are NZ seat maps not supported under my Platinum membership or do I need to be Diamond?

Regretfully, neither of the current Seat Map engines supports NZ Seat Maps.

Does the maximum permissable miles (MPM) info found in KVS apply for the rules of a skyteam award ticket using DL skymiles? Or only paid fares?

I'm piecing together a roudtrip routing ATL-SIN on Delta's various Asian partner airlines.

Yes, assuming DL SM uses MPM as a basis for validating award itinerary routings.

Since today, using Fares/DotRes, I obtain a popup
Error requesting data
12157 disconnected
9002 No data received
disconnected

But Fares/TVN and Fares/PSH works
Any suggestion ?

I discover the same issue (and same popup) with "Amadeus awards skyteam"
and with Sabre availability GTC,
and with TPM search...
Others searches work.
I have the version 5.8.9902 Diamond

It was a "Windows" issue. I made a restoration point and now it's OK.
Hope that the announcement on the website "All requests and inquiries will be processed on 01 Dec 2010" is not for a bad thing...

No need to worry at all -- in fact, it's a very good thing :).

All membership-related requests will be processed normally. However, during this period, the response times for non-routine requests/enquiries may exceed our usual turn-around time-frame of 24 hours.

I got a few PMs from others dealing with the same problem with KVS so I thought I would ask around this thread for any insights. I'm not sure if others have had similar problems but in regards to customer support, I'm struggling with the KVS tool right now.

I made the mistake of signing up for a year membership rather than a monthly one and after testing the tool once I didn't find much use for it. I thought I was in the trial period but after emailing their customer support to cancel, they are now refusing to refund me my membership fee. I even asked that they only refund the difference between the yearly fee I paid and a 1 month fee (despite only using the tool once) and they still said they wouldn't. I realize it was my fault to selecting the year subscription but for a young company, I'm shocked they would try to milk a full year fee after one week.

Has anyone had success getting KVS to change their yearly subscription to a monthly one or is it simply Buyer Beware if you sign up for the KVS tool?

I believe ExpertFlyer supports NZ seat maps - you may wish to check their website to verify?

Edited to add: Just tried it and yes was able to see the NZ flight seat map. HTH

im looking for oneworld availability for various intntnl flights for nov 15th, and its not letting me check. it says the the requested departure date is too soon for the pos. but it says that with each pos. is there any way to check avail?

OneWorld availability cannot be checked this close to the departure date -- this is a limitation of the [Awards/OneWorld] engine itself.

Hi, New KVS member. Why is it asking me for a FlightStats Membership # to check on flight availability? I have used my ANA number and passowrd to set up, but I can't check simple flight availability w/o the Flight Stats Membership.

@:-) Now that you've posted :eek:penly about this you'll probably receive email or a private message offering to refund the difference so you'll clam up and say no more in public about this.
