Newbie to KVS. I'm trying to find some business class award tickets (2) from Charlotte to Munich using US miles sometime in December with a return on the same routing about five to six days later. I am striking out...most likely due to short notice. But is there a way to check several days at once or is the only option to bang in the city pairs for one date, change the date and try again and so on?

Is anyone else getting an error with Availability/FS?

For the past few days, whenever I try it, I get a message back saying:
"Datasource error. 'There is no page to match your request'"

Using KVS there is no option to search multiple dates at the same time. Using other tools - many of them free - there is.

I suppose it is possible that the folks at FlightStats.com got sick of someone else repackaging and selling the data that they are paying to provide their customers and have changed the URLs that they're using to generate the content and which KVS is scraping. Or it might be a cookies thing on your computer.

Because the availability is based on the FlightStats.com website. You have to log in to that site to be able to run the queries and so you need an account there.

Are there other tools available that let me look at availability of Star Alliance business class award tickets? Perhaps something easier to read the results of than KVS?

Unable to sort by columns
 
Anyone else having issues sorting search results by columns? I use to be able to pick a column like dep citu click the header and it would sort that way. It's not doing this anyomore. Much easier to look at results this way.

I'm getting an error on the Sabre: Availability/FS method as well, just FYI.

Date: 02 Jan 2011
Airline: UA
Time: default
POS: US-STD
Sort by: connections
Limit: all

Error: Datasource Error: "There is no page matching your request."

The ANA site directly or Award Nexus are the two most common solutions out there now.

You can use one of the other Methods ([Sabre: GTC] or Galileo: [ETR]), if, for some reason, you do not wish to set-up a FS account.

KVS Tool and GOGO INFLIGHT WIFI
 
On a flight now trying to use KVS. Get timeout, authentication error. I reset Internet options to NOT require https so that I added www.kvstool.com to my trusted sites, closed everything, reopened and still the same error? This is what KVS help tells me to do. Any other advice? I carry this laptop everywhere and WiFi connections have never been a problem for KVS tool before. Only prior issue just required that I verify my credentials. This won't let me do that.

It jumps around like it sorted but noting happens. The screen looks the same as it was before the sort. I've tried sort by time, dep/dest, no dice. PM me if you'd like more info or if you want me to email you something.
