Please try adjusting the DPI/font size in CrossOver, as outlined at http://www.CodeWeavers.com/support/t...cket_id=792422

I already did that, as you can see from the screenshot the other text is much larger. But the small text is not affected by the DPI setting. I also tried to change the windows "themes" font, but still no change.

It's a bug in CrossOver -- the small font in your screenshot is incorrectly rendered by CrossOver as size 8, when it should be size 9.

Please download V6.0.3 -- there is now a Font Size option in the [Tools] menu. Try increasing it to 10 and post an updated screenshot...

Authentication Error

I have been trying to use KVS tool for the last few days, and am getting an authentication error. Also, the web site (kvstool.com) is down.

Anyone else having problems? Or is it just me?

It's just you -- there have been no service interruptions during this period and all systems continue to function normally.

Yup, it was just me. I'm at a Guest House in Barbados, and for some reason there is no direct access to www.kvstool.com, but I can get to it through my work proxy server...

I know this is probably a lot to ask... but any chance of a Windows Phone 7 version of KVS? I just started using the Kayak app for WP7 and it's pretty powerful, almost no need to return to the desktop version. I would love to have KVS on the phone too.

Hi,
I'm trying to check *star award availability but always get the attached error.
Using the tool via crossover and I'm on 6.0.3

Works for me, and I see no availability for that route on that day. Only one flight showing, SQ333.

Thanks!

Daniel.

You have just completed the Registration Wizard form, so your Registration Code will be issued later on today.

Your membership term will only start once your Registration Code is actually issued.

This error is caused by a bug in the CrossOver for Mac itself, which, unfortunately, prevents the use of the [Awards/StarAlliance] Method on such systems. Parallels for Mac users are not affected.

The KVS Tool Mobile Companion can be used on any Mobile/PDA device: http://www.KVSTool.com/Mobile-Companion-Info.php
