And the solution is still the same:
I missed what the "solution" is if it happens again. As of 3PM it is working, and I did nothing (not even re-boot). |

Just a quick note about LX award searching. You can also use your LH username and password, instead of a M&M number and PIN. For some reason I have no PIN, but I had set up a username and password. Since KVS tool just passes this on to the M&M site (which takes either username or M&M #) you have your choice, both work.

The solution is to check (and correct) your system date at the time that the error occurs.
If something else, let me know. |

If you mean the Windows date/time in Control Panel, it was checked and was correct.

I can search DFW-SJD for Award tickets (Oneworld), but searching SJD-DFW gives the error "Award availability cannot be checked for the specified origin and/or destination / Route Too Complex".
It's a non-stop flight, and I can do the opposite direction flight. Any suggestions? Thanks |

Try going to qantas.com and searching directly there. If they don't support the city pair then you won't get any results in KVS either.

That is incorrect -- as of the latest version, KVS Tool fully supports absolutely all OneWorld destinations worldwide, including those that are not supported at QF.com

No problem in the other available on KVS Tool fare search systems. Problem/fix? --mcz |
Simple system shutdown/reboot did the trick. Mildly annoying, but the answer to SO MANY little problems.
--mcz |
Trying to work out a complicated award booking today, so I just paid for a membership. Now they say it's going to take 24 hours to receive a registration code?
