Yes, we were recently able to trace this issue and it turned-out to be an intermittent bug in the TVN fares engine.

Clearing MSIE cookies, deleting Temporary Files (via Tools -> Internet Options), and restarting the Tool should help bring it back to normal.

Any chance of getting Sabre added to Operational Info

Any plans to build an "alert" function to periodically advise those looking for particular availability, i.e. where J>0 or R>0 or what have you?

That is actually a great idea.

Yes, a great idea, but one that ExpertFlyer already does. Unfortunately, EF doesn't have access to all the same award availability, like *A and X1. It would be great if KVS could do this, but I have this feeling it requires an infrastructure that KVS doesn't have. EF has servers that can run periodic processes. Maybe a periodic scheduled action feature inside the KVS client would work though..

EF does have "X1", it's there in the award search after you login.

Is it back again? It had disappeared in February. It's still not listed in the "select airlines" on the homepage.

Where is the DLM info pulled from? I am looking at getting ATH-CDG-SFO, and KVS shows the seats being available on the first flight (2333->84) but when I call up DL I am told there are no seats.

Any idea why I appear to be getting wrong info from the tool?

It's coming from DL :)

Because DL is providing inaccurate info and you should be using [Apollo: ITN] for AF award availability, as per http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Classes

Sigh :) The strange thing is that delta said they actually had 1 seat for sale (and the website would let me purchase it -- e.g. go all the way to putting in CC#, whereas normally it errors out right after you select the itinerary). I really give up on DL :(

There is currently an issue with the TVN engine -- pls try again a bit later...
In the meantime, you can use one of the other 2 Fare Methods.
