Don't See Any Availability on *A Awards
 

I just downloaded the updated ver 5.4.0/Diamond and now I don't see any availability on *A awards. At the bottom of the screen, I can see that the engine is searching however when it stops the search, no results are posted on the main screen (used to show F+, C-, Y+, etc). Anyone else having the same issue?

disregard my previous post, I resolved the issue by downloading the new ver 5.5.

Keyboard Shortcut for previous/next day is broken - no matter if I press PgUp or PgDown it always switches to the next day.

Am I doing Something Wrong in my Searches
 

Trying to find award flights using my BA miles and would like to find flights from DXB to IST (using BA miles)....so I figured I should put AMM to IST using RJ..
I put in my dates for March (starting with the 1st and so on)
QF #/LN as my Qantas FF number...
POS: AU-QFA-SP1 and number of seats 1 (I'm actually needing two)
When I click GO..I get No award availability for any dates I put in march.

Is this correct??? or am I doing something wrong here....please guide this young Jedi out of the dark side!

How long does it take to get a registration code?
 

I registered for a Lite code last night (~20 hours ago), and I have yet to receive an e-mail about it. I know there was a warning saying "allow 24 hours", but I'm impatient, and I was wondering if anyone new how long it usually took to get a code.

Does upgrading from Lite to a paid registration code also take a day to process?

I'm just a little worried my registration was lost and wondering if I should register again.

Anyone else having problems connecting to kvstool.com right now, and the resultant non-functionality of the tool?

Seems to be down completely. Until I saw your post I thought it was just that they blocked the site at Kuwait Int'l Airport. Signed up a couple weeks ago just to see if it would help, liked it enough to upgrade to platinum, and now that I need the tool it isn't working! :(

Odd: DNS cannot resolve www.kvstool.com, but kvstool.com resolves.
