Award Availability for many carriers is accessible via more than one Method in the KVS Tool.
SkyTeam Award Availability for AF KL DL SU KE MU can be checked via a combination of the the [WSpan: Awards/DL-SkyTeam], [Galileo: ETR] & [Sabre: GTC] Methods, all of which are available at the Platinum level. For additional information, please select the [Detailed View] on the Membership Options page: http://Levels.KVSTool.com/ Think I'll give it a try :) |
Awards not showing
I'm new to the Tool. Sometimes it does not show the awards. I'm looking at SEA to CDG on 12 Sep. There's lots of availability, but when I switch to Awards, I get "No Award Availability/Route too complex/Date-out-of-range"
http://www.coking.com/temp/kvs5.jpg There's probably some filter I need to turn off or on. My goal is to find a Biz seat TATL, going on 12 Sep, returning on 22 Sep. I'll being going on to Krakow, Poland (KRK) and returning from Prague, Czech. I may just purchase an EasyJet ticket from and too Paris, since there are very few match connecting flights with awards. No fare in system
I've searched through this thread and found various examples but no 'solution' to the problem. I've been searching through several West Coast ex-WAS/BWI fares today (-SEA, -LAX, -SFO, etc.), and for many flights I run into the 'NO FARE IN SYSTEM' when I try to find Routing Rules.
I've tried to move "up" in Fare Basis to see if a particular bucket is not updated, again to no avail. I had a friend login through his ExpertFlyer account and he is able to pull up routing rules, so I know that they exist somewhere - looking to see if I don't have something configured correctly or am not doing something right on my end to constantly receive this error message. Thanks! |
Just tried it, you are right it work fine.

As can be seen from the data below, there are award seats on the Trans-Atlantic hub-to-hub portion, but intra-US Standard ("Low") Award Availability on DL is non-existent: [KVS Availability Tool 6.9.2/Diamond - WSpan: Awards/DL-SkyTeam] Code:

Amadeus Seat Maps don't seem to be working. No matter which flight I choose I get a popup that says "Error accessing the Seat Map engine." Amadeus - Enhanced seat maps seem to be working fine though
|
Same problem here - since yesterday.

P means preferred seats and those seats indicated are definitely not.

I guess they mean the seats are still available but should have been indicated by + instead of P.

A slight anomaly
I did a check for the AC2 on Jan 30. It returned 0 across the board.

Just wanted to say that this tool has been very helpful so far. I am looking for a U class reward on CX next november and the same on a KA flight. I signed up as a diamond member and this tool has been a lot of fun and helpful. Still waiting for CX to release the inventory though!
Thanks for making this tool available! |
