The [Fares/TVN] Engine no longer exists and will be replaced by a new Method in the upcoming KVS Tool release.

The [ITA Query Builder] feature is currently unavailable, as the ITA Matrix1 engine has, sadly, been decommissioned earlier on this month:

We are looking into alternative solutions and an update will be posted on the KVS Tool Homepage when it becomes available.
The new [ITA Query Builder] for ITA Matrix 2 is now available in KVS Tool V6.9.0.

Well, that's what I have been doing, too, but it seems kind of silly to me to basically run a different operating system just for one program - I don't need Windows for anything else than the KVS Tool.

There are solutions available that do not require a separate OS -- the KVS Tool simply appears just like any other App right on the Mac desktop:

I have downloaded the KVS tool and trying to find award ticket availability (business class) in cathay pacific.. when i go to awards/upgrades tab i dont see cathay in the drop down.. Am i doing this wrong and how can i search for the business award availability on certain dates ?

CX Award Availability is accessible via 4 different Methods in the KVS Tool, including [Awards/JL-OneWorld]. Please see http://Help.KVSTool.com/#AwardUpgradeClasses_OneWorld for details.

looking at CX889 for April 6th, and when i bring up the seat map for cattle rows are missing, extra isles are added. I assume this is a problem with the system that KVS is pulling the data from?

Is this a normal issues? How long does it normally take them to resolve?
Or does this mean they are changing something like the plane type?

The Enhanced Seat Map shows the correct layout for 744. Rows 39-43 do not exist on that A/C type.
