Just wanted to say that this tool has been very helpful so far. I am looking for a U class reward on CX next november and the same on a KA flight. I signed up as a diamond member and this tool has been a lot of fun and helpful. Still waiting for CX to release the inventory though!
Thanks for making this tool available! Glad you're enjoying the CX Award Availability functionality and best of luck in finding your desired award. |

UA saver vs. standard award in KVS
Hello, I searched for this in the thread with no luck. With UA, is there a way to see which award seats are saver and which are standard? For example, XY1 (economy award)...is it a saver or standard? Thank you.

Error RD-3
Hi,
I solved it by re-installing KVS but now it's suddenly back: When checking M&M-Awards KVS-Tool returns: Data source error [RD-3]: "Your Flight" System: Windows7 64bit (but I also tried on VMachine Win-XP and native XP) What I tried so far: - changing cookies settings - uninstall/re-install - re-register *.OCX Any suggestions? |
I can't search Skyteam awards anymore since last nights upgrade. It says that the KVS tool might not be up to date.

Please use the [Awards/DL-SkyTeam] Method in the meantime and monitor the announcements on the KVS Tool Homepage. |

Noob at KVS TOOL. I am trying to learn how to do everything but I think I might be missing some steps.
I am looking for Cheapest fares NYC-FCO or Milan. I chose the EI fare for search. [KVS Availability Tool 6.9.4/Diamond - Sabre: Fares/DotRes/US] Code:
JFK New York John F Kennedy Intl NY US [KJFK]Then it looks like there are W4 in the availabilty search. In theory there should be a way to check if I can buy these right? [KVS Availability Tool 6.9.4/Diamond - Sabre: Availability/FS/US] Code:
FCO Rome Fiumicino IT [LIRF]When I use the Find Flights using ITA option nothing comes back. Has ITA changed the language of their search engine. Or does that mean this flight is not available? Because I can do a Kayak.com search and find fares that do not appear on ITA. I just want to know if there are any sites that KVS TOOL knows can search for this fare class on this flight. Thanks. Even if it is not with EI can I book any of those cheaper fares? |

I'm sorry I can't seem to understand. It seems the link you posted only takes me to "Interpreting Results - Fares".

I do see some discussion under "Award, Upgrade & Other Special Booking Classes Supported in KVS Tool" for UA

If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot via the Contact Form. The [Awards/M&M] Method continues to function normally, e.g.: [KVS Availability Tool 6.9.4/Diamond - Amadeus: Awards/M&M] Code:
