Software which needs installation is last century....
I like KVS in general, but hate all the hassles of installation on multiple PCs (I use 5 PCs, two homes and two offices with one each and a notebook when traveling, need some remote control software since the license allows only three, no convenient solution for tablets etc).

In today's world this should be a service in the cloud which you can use from any browser (instead of trying to come up with versions for tablets and phones, supporting Macs and all of that).

When can we get a cloud version?

Is anyone else having issues with fare searches? I'm currently after RGN-SIN and it times out.

Seeing the same here. BRU-NYC with the PSH-method (others don't work at the moment) and I get a time out. Specifically:

Error 12029: Cannot Connect
Error 9002: No Data Received

And then a second popup after that mentioning 'Incorrect Input Paremeters or Engine Error [#UNC]'

OK - really stupid question alert!!! In the mobile companion when I hit a favorite star, it says "You can now Bookmark this page for..." How do I do that? I have an Android phone (and I obviously don't know how to use it!)

Actually, it's a perfectly valid question.

You need to touch the http://evernote.com/media/img/gettin...tions_icon.png button, followed by http://redmen.com/1x/images/android-bkmk.png.

Note that this can only be done when accessing the KVS Tool Mobile Companion via the Android Web Browser, not the App.

Will KVS continue to have access to United upgrade and award inventory, in light of recent United blocking of searches on other platforms?

The recently-announced changes "on other platforms" are not applicable to the KVS Tool users.

How do I get MCT when the list of exceptions is exceedingly long, and gets cut off...
