Sorry for the dumb question but does the KVS show the reward flight saver availability(in both economy and business)?

Please forgive me if this is the wrong place to look for support but I checked the KVStool homepage and this seemed the logical place to come. (I searched for Mavericks, OSX and 10.9 but nothing relevant came up).
I'm on a Mac and running Mavericks. I've had CrossOver and KVS for a while but haven't used either recently (definitely not since I upgraded to Mavericks). When I tried to open KVS though Crossover the application appeared to begin to open (just for a fraction of a second) and then nothing happened. I updated CrossOver and KVS to latest version and tried again. This time KVS opened up to the extent that I could see the background (clouds) and then it shut down. Now whenever I try to open KVS via CrossOver all that happens is that I see the KVS tool icon (the cogs) for a fraction of a second and then nothing happens. I'm probably doing something very wrong but any help would be appreciated. TIA. |

Hi there,
I seem to vaguely recall there is a registration code one can ask for if one is a member of FlyerTalk. Is this correct, or the only registration options are the ones on KVS web site? Thanks in advance. |

"British Airways - enter password"
I am unable to search BA award availability right now. I've already entered my BAEC number and password in KVS, but still keep getting this error even after restarting. Just downloaded the latest and greatest a few minutes ago as well.

Ah, please disregard. Looks like this was due to some sort of BA security measures - I just tried logging into their site and got this error:
Error You have made too many invalid login attempts. We have sent an email to your registered email address. The email contains a link to a page where you can reset your PIN/password. I reset my password and now KVS tool is working again. :D |

Can't seem to find this.
Can KVM do a check for awards from 'USA' to lhr in one search or do I have to do 15-20 searches checking every single option myself to find availability? Ta |
