cmiller2600: What seems to be the issue, exactly?

Will do. They think I'm crazy trying to convince employees with their own system right in front of them. Which partners can I refer to as showing it?

Edit: I checked BA with no luck. Qantas appears to show it. Who else? TIA

We have checked with BA, QF and JL and they all can see those Award seats.

The SQ systems are working online though

The AA supervisor says she doesn't care what other systems are showing, they are not at AA. I give up. By all means, call AA & see if you get anywhere to prove your system is correct. Otherwise, just a disappointment.

A question: can I use KVS tool to monitor Star Alliance award availability, so that I am notified (by email) immediately as soon as award space becomes available? I looked on KVS website and could find the answer.

We are currently looking into this matter. In the meantime, please use the [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] / [Awards/StarAlliance] Methods.

The short answer is "no". And I'm not aware of any service which will provide this.

In this case, it's actually the opposite of blocking, as AA is making its Award Seats available to partners, but not its own members, which is rather bizarre.

Unless AA is trying to get other FF's to move to AA, by "showing" the product by way of award availability. Many timeshares will only allow people to trade in a small # of weeks - or even 1 year in 4. That's to keep new blood coming in so they can try and sell them.
Just a thought...

delta.com now gives the option for a "Password" rather than PIN+Last Name, but it's not required yet. (I'm resisting as long as I can.)

7.0.9 won't allow me to search on DL 3-Tier nor SkyTeam without having this new Password. I've enter and re-entered my current PIN, but it keeps taking me back to the screen to enter my new "Password."

Was this intended? Any ability to accommodate *both* options in the short term?
