I'm getting the same - but on a UA (ex-COn) flight from EWR to BOM, where it shows FS?? on a 2-class config!

Please download V7.0.8.R1.

The POS for the Mobile Companion varies.

So then how do I know if the availability data of the mobile version is applicable for my POS if I don't know what the POS is? What makes it vary? What are the different POSs that could be used?

A POS is unlikely to make a significant difference in typical 'on-the-go' usage scenarios for which the Mobile Companion is intended. However, if you would like to check the Mobile Companion POS at a particular point in time, please send a copy of the results via http://Contact.KVSTool.com/ and we would be pleased to look it up for you.

Ok, what about Neiltoo's example that he posted? What was the non-USA POS the Mobile Companion was using for that search?

The / is supposed to mean 'Cabin not Applicable'. However, there is certainly a business class on the 7420 flight (I have 2 booked). I keep looking for more J to open up (to no avail). So might the / mean that more might be coming, or should it just be considered CS-, and I'm wishful thinking?

Carrier Flight From Depart To Arrive St Availability
--------- ------ ---- -------- ---- -------- --- -- -------------
AB 7420 TXL 10:00 ORD 12:10 0 FS/ CS/ YS+
BA 983 TXL 12:20 LHR 13:20 0 FS- CS+ YS+
BA 99 LHR 16:20 YYZ 18:50 0 FS+ CS- YS+
AA 4171 YYZ 20:55 ORD 21:35 0 FS- CS- YS+

Those results were for POS SG.

LH Availability continues to be accessible via the Mobile Companion -- could you please provide a screenshot via http://Contact.KVSTool.com/?

July 11th.

I downloaded the update and it worked fine, but it just started giving me the following error for any search done by the SNT / Star Alliance award:

Data Source Error [R1]
"ANA INTERNET"

Paid Contribution but NOT received registration code

I paid for a Diamond contribution several days ago and have not yet received a registration code. Like many others in this forum I did not receive a temporary code either.

After not receiving the mysterious 3rd email with the temporary code, I then wrote to you (via the contact form on the KVS application - the only means of reaching you??). I wrote to you twice, once after sereval hours and again after a day or so. Neither email received a reply.

I am now several days into my subscription and I still have no access to the service I have donated/paid for. Nor, it seems, do I have any way of contacting you to resolve the problem.

PS: I have checked my Spam and added KVS to all required safe sender lists. In any case, there is no "re-send email" button (as I commented in one of my earlier attempt to contact you.

What am I supposed to do? Other than pursuing a cancellation through my credit card company?

Try BOM-EWR, specifying LH.

Only 1 result, AA and BA.

Then try BOM-FRA/29Oct - LH results routing via DXB and not the direct LH flight.

Flight is wide open using KVS/FS.

We have verified and the Engine does, in fact, indicate "Not Applicable" for the C Cabin Award on that flight/date. Please treat it as "CS-".
