Whomever responded wasn't clear on that they told me to use my existing code until the 25th but of course that won't work in this case, new computer, different email. They should have just advised me that they would be unable to answer my email till the 25th.

KVS TOOL Download Problems??
 
I just signed up for Diamond level but my computer will not permit me to down load the program stating it contains a virus. Anyone have a problem like this?

We have made the arrangements for all existing Registration Codes to continue working during that period (despite non-matching System Codes), as per the announcement that was posted on the KVS Tool Homepage.

In any case, your new Codes should be in your E-Mail Inbox by now.

I purchased a one-year Platinum membership and installed KVS on my Mac using Crossover. I quickly learned that Star Alliance award searches do not work on Crossover using the default method. The help guide notes that this is a known bug (in Crossover). The workaround is to change the method to [Awards/AC-StarAlliance].

This method requires a Diamond level membership according to a pop-up window. I would like to upgrade my membership to Diamond by paying the $15 difference, but I do not see that option.

As a side note, since this is a known problem, it would be helpful to note within the Mac/Crossover installation instructions that a Diamond level is required to access Star Alliance awards.

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned it many times in this thread haha, but VirtualBox is a favourite of mine to run KVS on Mac.

I am a Diamond-level member, and wanted to check Etihad award availability. However, every time I try to do any kind of search, I get:

"Welcome undef (ALLP"

It's an Engine issue -- try searching segment-by-segment instead.

I have to travel to FRA on 3 occasions over the next 6 months and i am looking for Business class discounted seats on Star Alliance carriers. When i select "fares - sabre dotres" i only get economy seats, whether i select All or Economy. When i select Galileo PSH, the only *A flight that shows up is US Airways. When i select ATP, it just times out with errors 12002 and 35756.
Search parameter is All Airlines. Departure dates are Feb 5, April 4 and May 13 ex yyz
When I change the search to AC, then all fares show up in Sabre - but it kind of defeats the price comping on *A

Not sure what i am doing wrong but any assistance would be appreciated
