I was using the Sabre Availability map. The POS seems fixed at US and cannot be changed.
Code:
[KVS Availability Tool 7.1.3/Diamond - Sabre: Availability/FS/US] |

To use a different POS, use the [Galileo: ETR] Method instead. |
KVS Tool: Malaysia Airlines [MH] Award & Upgrade Availability Support (OneWorld)
We are pleased to note that the KVS Tool now fully supports Award & Upgrade Availability on the latest OneWorld member - Malaysia Airlines [MH].
The KVS Tool User Guide has been updated accordingly: http://Help.KVSTool.com/#MH KVS Tool users should upgrade to V7.1.4 to ensure proper display: http://www.KVSTool.com/Images/Download55.gif Download |

Please follow the troubleshooting tips for "Error 12002: Request Timed Out" at http://Errors.KVSTool.com/
I tried following the instructions in the Microsoft Support Article Q181050, but when I tried to run the FixIt .msi, it said it was not applicable for my system... I'm running Windows7 32-bit, and have IE9 installed (I actually use Chrome, but I assume that KVS is 'using the WinINet API directly'.) The Support Article indicates that it is only relevant for IE4 to IE8. Is there another solution for IE9? Many thanks! |

Thanks. Unfortunately, I'm still intermittently getting the 35761 / 12002 error when I try to check routing rules.

Seeing a lot of availability for QF 1 and QF9 DXB to LHR on KVS, however it's never bookable by any telephone agent. Specifically Jan 1 and 2 as of this post.
I'm seeing it in both the AU-QFA-SP1 and BA-Oneworld award/upgrades search. I'm thinking that there's some sort of restriction on booking this without transiting Australia but is there anywhere in the software that would tell me this on this flight and any other potential flights? Thank you |

Trying to use the Sabre: Fares/Dotres, I'm getting the following error:
Datasource Error: "login" Any insights? |
Anyone else having problems with KVS today. I keep getting an error;
"Database Error: "login" If the reasons for this above message are unclear, please visit www.kvstool.com to review latest system status announcements" There's nothing posted on the KVS site that seems to indicate a widespread problem. My KVSTool is up to date, and I have 5 months still remaining on my contribution. I've tried unregistering and re-registering the computer i'm on but it doesn't seem to fix it. |

An updated version will be released shortly. In the meantime, please use the [Fares/PSH] / [Fares/FC] Methods instead. |
I am new to this tool. Can someone please check for me the award availability for First class on CX from HKG to LAX or SFO, on Jan 3 - 5 of 2014? Thank you so much!
