We are certainly sorry you feel that way, especially noting that you have been a KVS Tool member since 2005.

As we have mentioned in Post #5474 above, certain major changes in the system may cause the System Code to also change, in which case a Replacement Registration Code should be requested via the Registration Wizard.

Asked for a new key. Took a while because KVS wanted to know the codes of the other systems (no clue, they were in a different continent).

Finally got a new key.

Since you have maxed out on the number of registered machines, you needed to provide either the codes of the other 2 systems or the [old] code of the PC you were dealing with at that time.

Now the second system stopped working, seems they invalidated that key in the process. A few more emails (and days) to get this working.

There are procedures in-place for those members, who require a Replacement or Additional Registration Code immediately.

A Registration Code for your notebook has now been rushed and should be in your E-Mail Inbox.

What is this problem? Says Iberia something when I tried to check award availability on BA. Thank you.

Any way to automate searching a bit? I'd like to start monitoring published fares and availability on a few specific route-dates a couple times a day.

If you implemented a command line or batch feature, you could give EF alerts a run for their money, especially since they're very cagey about the frequency of their checks. That said, I can see the abuse potential.

Must have been a transient issue -- please clear MSIE Cache & Cookies and restart the KVS Tool:

At some point in future development, is it possible to add BA award availability via avios.com, as it is often reported that this is different to going through ba.com and the like.

Many thanks!

sorry, duplicate for some reason :-/

I keep having to enter the Captcha letters and numbers when I search. How can this be disabled? It is very annoying.

Sorry just to interject, I've never seen this happening to me. Which functions are you using?

Users, who exceed the query/velocity limits when using the [Awards/StarAlliance] Method, may be prompted for a CAPTCHA -- this is a requirement that is imposed by the [Awards/StarAlliance] Engine itself.

The OP may wish to use the [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] Method instead.

KVS Tool already has 3 different data sources for BA Award/Upgrade Availability:
http://Help.KVSTool.com/#BA

Based on the information we have, these existing data sources are more authoritative than Avios.com. If you have any specific examples to the contrary, please do send them to us for evaluation.

Hi,
I am trying to find availability on Middle East Airlines (ME), part of skyteam. However when I search for example DXB-BEY nothing comes up for ME. Is ME still supported? Because that was the only reason I signed up. Also the dates I am searching are March 13th, or 29th.
Thanks,

Welcome to the KVS Tool!

ME Award Availability is still supported (as shown in the example below).

However, there does not seem to be any Award Availability on the DXB-BEY route specifically on any of the dates we have checked.

Thanks for looking into it. Weirdly enough, the Delta rep did find availability for the DXB-BEY route and I am all so set.

So for anyone else interested in MEA: I'd recommend you also check with the rep.

Just signed up for KVS and got stuck trying to find award availability for One World airlines SFO-Del-SFO April 2 - May 4.
KVS asks me for my Quantas FF info, which I have entered into the appropriate field. But I can not figure out how to enter the info into the KVS database, there is no submit button and clicking "enter" doesn't do anything.
Don't see any instructions or help anywhere.
Thank you for any tips.
