Welcome to the KVS Tool!
Please consult the table at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Classes to determine which KVS Tool Method(s) you need to use for each specific airline. <<I can see A and W seats when I am using the Availability tab, but AS doesn't show up under the Awards/Upgrades tab. And I'm not sure how to access award seat availability for partner carriers.>> Apparently, what you are saying is that award seats on certain non-alliance carriers are actually not searchable under the Awards/Upgrades tab. Instead, for many carriers all you can see is the fare code for A or W seats under the Availability search tab. The basic Availability search is actually part of the entry grade package -- while you charge more for the capability of searching using the Awards/Upgrades feature. Also, I've found that the mobile companion doesn't have any award/upgrade search function, only availability. And the availability it does show for some carriers (AS for example) doesn't match the online version. That's particularly true for U seats -- they're always "0" on the mobile version while the online KVSTool shows the number available. Will that glitch be fixed? |

Referring to my earlier statement:

In all cases, the Table at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Classes will indicate which Method(s) you should use.

Again, this is noted on a carrier-by-carrier basis at at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Classes. |

The Mobile Companion supports Award Availability on a small select of carriers. Therefore, in most cases, you need to use the main KVS Tool application for that.
[/url][/B]. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the app? Also, the seat map has not worked for any of the flights I've tried to look up. Is it restricted to select airlines? |

There is no Award/Upgrade tab or link on the mobile site that I downloaded. There are only 4 options -- Availability, Time table, Flight info, or Seat map.

Is there any way to search a number of dates at one time, rather than one at a time? I'm trying to get 2 seats YYZ-LHR in J using Aeroplan. I've plugged in a whole bunch of dates, but I only see availability in Y. Can I get the KVS tool to just look for the 2 seats in a specific date range, say June 15-30, rather than trying June 15, then June 16, etc...?
