KVS is showing CS+ on award space on a SkyTeam airline via the Air France award method, but both airfrance and the airline don't show it on their website

What's the flight #/date/# of seats?

On the basic flight search... if I use the "default time" using Sabre, what is the time frame that it searches relative to the current time.

i.e. I searched PHL to AVP for today at noon, and it didnt show me the flight at 8:36pm or 10:30pm... is it 6 hours in the future the default?

The [FS] Engine can, sometimes, be a bit 'quirky' when the Default Time setting is used.

Using tomorrow's date, all flights are displayed:

I am new to KVS and bought a Diamond subscription. Is there a site with a good tutorial on how to use KVS to it's full capabilities? I know it's a highly valued tool, but how can I get the most out of it?

I think for economy awards on EK, there's class N for awards booked with Skywards and class X for awards booked by partner airlines. Most likely the tool shows the latter?

Yes, however there is a possibility that EK may be changing its Y Award Booking Classes as a part of the recently-launched QF-EK FFP partnership.

Trying to book 2 business class tickets on aa using etihad
I am seeing availability AUH - ORD direct CS2 on Feb1 2014, using KVS but when I call aa they can not see to book - I called 2 different reps - any ideas? I thought if you could see it on kvs award availability then it was bookable using awards
