Are you running the latest KVS Tool Version (V7.1.9)?
I also notice that when I use another pc, even on version 7.1.7, it works. So what is the problem? |

Yes. Latest version.

Please check your MSIE Cookie settings (http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Cookies), clear MSIE Cookies and restart the KVS Tool.

Hi, I cleared cookies as I said in my post one page earlier, re-started the kvs tool, and tried different routes eg, hkg-jfk, lhr-jfk etc on different dates.
What is the problem? Since it works on your other computer, you must have something installed on this one that is interfering with the KVS Tool. |

Did you specifically clear MSIE cookies or some other browser's cache?

Routing Rules Question
The KVS FAQ gives examples of routing rules that only contain airport codes (eg: NYC-CHI/DFW-SFO/LAX-HNL). However, when checking routing rules for fares I am interested in, they often seem to have airline code(s) in between each airport code. Eg:
PAR-AF/KL-XXX I assume that this means that travel between that city-pair must be on (one of) the indicated carrier(s). However, is this referring to marketing carrier, or operating carrier? (For example, say there is an AF-coded flight from PAR to XXX, operated by a different carrier - would this routing rule allow it to be used, or would the operating carrier's code have to be explicitly listed in the routing rules for that to be possible?) |

Tax?
I was hoping to renew my membership and I noticed it is adding tax to my total. Any idea why? I don't think you're based out of CA(please correct me if I'm wrong) and in any case, it is being labeled "contribution" so should be tax exempt?
Thanks. |

It is me or KVS does not show any more 4M flights (XL,LA)? looks like the problem is on QF search system (Awards/OneWorld). I tried many dates without any luck, but it will show you on LAN.com (I'm talking about the lowest award level).
