Just signed up for KVS and got stuck trying to find award availability for One World airlines SFO-Del-SFO April 2 - May 4.
KVS asks me for my Quantas FF info, which I have entered into the appropriate field. But I can not figure out how to enter the info into the KVS database, there is no submit button and clicking "enter" doesn't do anything. Don't see any instructions or help anywhere. Thank you for any tips. |

Once you enter your Qantas number, just go back to the Awards/Upgrades tab, and you will be able to search for your flights.

Thank you for the help! I think I tried that and the same window would pop up again, but will try again when I am back in the office tomorrow.

Delta 2 letter buckets / booking classes Availability Search
Is there a way to search for the Delta 2-letter booking classes, such as NK and OK?
Thanks |
Just renewed my membership but changed the level from Diamond to Platinum.
I use KVS Tool mainly for BA award availability which the websites shows as available in the Platinum version, but each time I try to use it tells me I need to upgrade to Diamond? Is this is a bug or am I doing something wrong? It worked fine when I had Diamond by the way, but as I didn't need the other features I decided to go with Platinum. |

BA Award Availability is accessible via the [Awards/OneWorld] Method at the Platinum level and also via the [Awards/BA-OneWorld] & [Awards/JL-OneWorld] Methods at the Diamond level.
Anyway, did that and I now get results (suggest you add this somewhere as it's far from obvious), but the results are in a different format. What does FS- and FS+ mean? Seems to indicate first class upgrade award, but what is the + and - part? Also, the BA option included number of seats but the Qantas one doesn't? Thanks for the help. |

Just worked that out, but that means I need to create myself a Qantas FC account?

Next question. I'm looking for CW / Business upgrade availability on BA. The previous OW / BA option made sense and seemed to show what was available, but the OW only / Qantas option doesn't. For the 8th April LHR to LAX on BA269 it shows FS- YS+. Now, what about CW / Business? I'm assuming it's not FS as that's first? Also if you try to book a BA avios booking in economy there's nothing available, yet wouldn't YS+ mean there should be? Selected 1 seat by the way. Lastly can I upgrade from Platinum to Diamond? Only went for Platinum as it appeared to offer the same level of information for BA when it seems that it doesn't. |
Different flight availability results
Hi, I was trying to search for flight MEL - x SIN - PVG for QF on 26 March 2013 But I was getting different results. What could be the cause? Expedia can see a very low S class being able to book, so I'm confused. [KVS Availability Tool 7.1.7/Gold - Sabre: Availability/FS/US] Code:

The KVS Tool does support all DL 2-letter Award Booking Classes -- please see http://Help.KVSTool.com/#DL
The link above is quite interesting however I do not see the "U" category of upgrade buckets such as RU and OU nor the "P" category of RP and OP. Are they to be found on KVS? They are actually more important to me than the award availabilities (which can usually be overpowered by throwing more SkyPesos at them until they give you what you need). ;) |
Sabre: Availability/FS not working.
