Typo in my post. I was clicking thru a google link (http://www.kvstool.com) but to no avail. Doesn't work going thru three separate internet providers (thru company VPN, on my personal connection, and via mobile phone).
Seems related to http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...tool-down.html |

No problem here with either www.kvstool.com or using the tool itself. Everything normal.

I'm seeing at least one C seat on this flight using Awards/StarAlliance, but AC-Staralliance doesn't show it, nor does a search at United.com. Am I doing something wrong?

I chnaged computer systems, emails, and had a question requested customer servicve over a week ago and still waiting and I'm a diamond member. Are there any other services I should be looking at? Is this normal for their customer service?

Usually they reply within a few hours. Their webpage indicates there will be delayed responses to requests from Dec 16-24 but that all inquiries will be responded to by December 25th.
