Is there anyway to further refine the displayed results from an availability search?

I'd like to be able to do things like display only non-stop flights; display only flights with positive availability; sort all flights by departure time, arrival time, or total duration without having it split up connecting flight segments; etc.

MPM Check - Trying to understand how to use
 

I did RTFM (http://www.kvstool.com/FAQ.php?Source=HOME) on MPM, but wasn't clear how to use it, more specifically I am planning to use my reward miles for mini-RTW trip...

My question is...
1) Do I just do MPM check from where I am (e.g. YYZ) with all the transit point to point of turn around (e.g. HKT) even if...
2) my return route will be different sets of transit points?

Because seems like if I enter my complete trip (e.g. YYZ-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-YYZ) it always give me a cryptic message of "**ORIGIN/DESTINATION TRANSITED**"

3) When do I need to use the "Airline" and "Global Indicator"? (or those options are rarely needed to select?)

MPM is always checked per-direction, i.e. YYZ-XXX-XXX, then XXX-XXX-YYZ.

You do not need to to specify the Airline or Global Indicator when you enter a routing.

Hi, new to KVS here -- I try to run a *A search and it return an error message "Data Source Error ANA". Anyone knows how to fix this?

Tested it and it works well in some cases but have issues with others.

A routing like DFW-SYD for example gives nice connections and works well.

However a routing like HAM-KRT gives me

CAI-KRT a "route to complex" even so there are direct flights.

The ANA tool shows flights and availability for both HAM-KRT and CAI-KRT.

In order to do that search you need to become (free to join) a member of the ANA frequent flyer program and have set up your password on the ANA web site; you then enter your ANA number and password into KVS (on the Settings tab)

FYI - if you want to use the "Amadeus: Award/OneWorld search" then you have to join Qantas frequent flyer and again enter your membership details into KVS

Thanks VERY much for taking this on and adding this value add to the tool.

I have a couple of comments initially:

-It would be a tremendous value add if users could use psuedo city codes like NYC and enable the tool to poll the potential combinations back to aeroplan (i.e. JFK, LGA, EWR) -(so the user wouldn't need to run multiple queries) and have the kvs tool concatenate the results.

Second -the message Route too complex - perhaps should capture the lack of availability and say something else like "No Availability."

Lastly - when there is no availability - it would be a huge help if the tool could capture the alternative dates in the displayed aeroplan calender and make them a right click option in the KVS tool so those available dates could be viewed.

It appears that, for some reason, that engine is, indeed, unable to handle requests for HAM-KRT.

CAI-KRT shows availability on some dates; the error message will be adjusted:

I thought I understood the Awards/Upgrades display correctly. If the Availability shows a + in the class of service I want, then there is availability for at least the number of seats I selected. I called AA today and they were not seeing the same. The agent said she saw the first class, but did not see business class availability.

I was hoping to paste the screen shot, but seem to be having issue with that.

The specifics are:
DFW-GVA on March 16, 2012
Airline is prefilled to *O Oneworld
Seats = 2

First flight pair:
BA 192 DFW 17:50 LHR 07:30+1 744 FS+ CS+ YS+
-> BA 726 LHR 09:40 +1 GVA 12:20 + 1 319

Why couldn't the AA agent see the business availability?

Also, why doesn't the tool return the MAD routing? Every record that was returned was via LHR. Even though there wasn't availability on the DFW-MAD leg, I would have expected to see that set of flights.
