Note that there is no way to force or only display a specific connection point when the leg contains multiple segments.
For example: [KVS Availability Tool 6.1.4/Diamond - SNT: Awards/StarAlliance/JP-ANA-SP1] Code:
FRA Frankfurt Metro / Intl DE = FRA HHN [EDDF] |
Hi, I'm getting "The reservation system is temporarily unavailable..." using the KVS mobile tool. This is been going on all morning. I would like to see the availability for AC982 May 21.

Looks like Sabre/FS changed something and it is now messed up. Queries come back with airlines and flights, but Depart/Arrive times are 0:00 and the A/C column is totally messed up, sometimes with strings of HTM, sometimes n/a. Not sure how well this is going to paste in:

Diamond or Platinum Level
I'd like to sign up for KVS but not sure if I need Platinum or Diamond level.
I need to search for award availability using AA miles for our upcoming trips to China and Vietnam in Jun 2012. Should I get Diamond or Platinum? I'm mainly interested in the following segments: LAX-PEK, PEK-SGN, SGN-LAX. Please advise. |
Not all UA award/upgrade flights showing
Just upgraded to 6.1.5 and for searches under ITA awards-upgrade/UA I noticed the results are not showing all of the flights that United.com is showing. The flight is simply not listed on KVS, whether or not an upgrade is available, while it is listed on United.com (and sometimes with upgrades available). Any advice?
Thank you. |

As your itinerary is likely to include segments on CX and/or JL, the Diamond level (which we see you have already selected) would be the recommended option. |

You just need to narrow-down the search by specifying the departure [Time] (e.g. 19:00)
BTW I love KVS...I couldn't fly without it! Thanks again. |

Thanks that worked. I looked for this in the threads and also on the User Guide but couldn't find anything: I don't suppose there is a way to have all flights listed in one search?
This means that there can be up to 1125 (15*15*5) possible flight combinations, and that's with just a single connection!

Or do you recommend a particular method for seeing/gathering all of the flights? Otherwise, it seems a little uncertain/trial and error.
