Probably a stupid question, but did a search and didn't find anything. Downloaded the tool today, but still waiting on ANA member card to arrive from Japan. I think I requested it about a month ago and called their US office today and dude wouldn't give it over the phone. He said it takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive.
So pretty much I'm sol until that member card comes to review Award Availibility for Star Allliance airlines? Also, do you need a mileage balance with ANA in order to use the tool? |

AA 289 is currently Y1 -- it was probably Y0 at the time of your original request and your [Limit] setting was set to 10. Therefore, other flights (that had availability) were taking priority over the Y0 flight:

Undertstand, but why would it list going to cities that have nothing to do with PVG. Was it just listing cities where you have another airline that goes to PVG?
