Is it possible to use a different POS when I use the FS to find availability?

I have been trying to find space on CX HKG-MLE in D fare. My fare was MLE-YYZ return in D. KVS has been showing D9 but I still can't confirm on this flight because my ticket was issued ex-MLE.

Thank you, KVS. I hope the JP POS is showing the same availability as the POS that my ticket was issued on.

Does this tool give me. List of all base fares from A to B for a x no. Of days?
I'm not looking into award tickets.

Entering GTC Credential
 
Hello! I am having a tough time entering my GTC credential in KVSTool. My understanding is that I have a Site Code, Site Code Password Key, User Name, and Password (User Name & Password is what I use to log in to the website).

Looking at the documentation, I have been entering:

Username: [Site Code]\[User Name]
Password: [Password]

I haven't had much success, and have tried misc combinations already. What is the proper syntax for entering my GTC credentials?

Unable to see EK / EY fares?
 
I've been looking at business class fares from FRA to MNL. I noticed that I cannot see any EK or EY fares for that route, even though they are available in ITA matrix:

I'm trying to find DOH-LHR availability in F on QR's A380 (QR003) for the month of August '15. Using the BA-Search Tool and the latest version of KVS.

However, I can't find anything. Is QR just not giving up award space on that route?

What is wrong?
The [Fares/PSH] Engine is unable to restrict the results to certain airlines (such as EK). In such cases, all Fares (incl. EK Fares) will be shown, if applicable.

However, the IEE1YDE1 Fare is more expensive than the lowest ~30 Fares on that route:

I'm not seeing any South African Airways award availability on any route until end of schedule, using any of the 3 star alliance methods - seems broken.
