I'm not seeing any South African Airways award availability on any route until end of schedule, using any of the 3 star alliance methods - seems broken.

Hi,
anything wrong with LH M&M login?
Message says "Data Source Error [1]" "Miles & More - Login"

The login on M&M web site with # + pin does work.

Using the BA Search tool on KVS 7.4.4 Diamond Subscription gives me the following error;

and

Error 9002: No data received

The other search engines seem ok. BA search tool on BA website working fine. Any idea what the problem is?

Interpreting Awards based on Availability

I'm still trying to get used to interpreting the results of looking at the available fare classes compared to awards. For a particular flight on the Availability tab, I see:

Code:

MLE  Male Ibrahim Nasir Intl MV [VRMM]

DXB  Dubai Metro / Dubai Intl AE = DXB DWC [OMDB]

However, when I look at this MLE-DXB flights on the same day for non-stop, I see no award availability. Am I misreading that there should be 4FS, 7CS (or is it zero because of the O fare), and 9+ YS spots available on EK653?

I keep getting this error when I try to search Awards/OneWorld.

I've verified my connection in internet tools. The problem has persisted for a few days.

Why are you are comparing Regular Availability with Award Availability? :confused:

I'm trying out KVS for the first time today and I'm a bit confused. There are flights that show up as available on AA.com, but do not show up on KVS.

For example, I am looking for BOS-BCN on 5/7/14.

KVS shows availability on IB (BOS-MAD-BCN), whereas AA.com shows availability on AA (BOS-MIA-BCN). Although AA.com only shows availability in the standard award (no saver awards).
