Mine works fine. Be aware that BA's website changed from a PIN based access to a password based access. Be sure that you can log on to the BA website independently of KVS.

I can login using every browser on my system. And I've cleared cookies and everything.

Thank you for the response. By the way, I can't ever get the BA award searching to work. Is this a known issue? I'm using 7.4.1.

Please download V7.4.2 and provide a Screenshot via http://Contact.KVSTool.com/ if the issue persists.

KVS I can't seem to get any route to show up on Availability/FS for 2nd of November. Can you look into it?

I'm having no problem with FS for that date.

Please be sure to specify the departure Time, if prompted to do so.

That's fixed it for most of the flights that I was searching for but I can't seem to get it to find QR563 on that day from DEL to DOH

There does seem to be some kind of glitch with 2nd November in Availability/FS. If, for example, I search for AMS-CDG on KL (or LHR-FRA on BA), on 1st, 2nd and 3rd November (using Ctrl+PgDn, so all other settings are exactly the same for each date), I get:
1st November: lots of flights shown
2nd November: "No matching flights"
3rd November: lots of flights shown

I'm only running v7.4.1, not 7.4.2.R1 - but I don't know if that makes any difference.

I just checked that identical route (AMS-CDG Nov 2 on KL) and got a ton of availability using the FS method. I am using version 7.4.2 however, although I can't imagine that making a difference.

This is exactly what is happening with me and I am running 7.4.2.R1.

Due to a quirk in the [Availability/FS] Engine, you would need to use [Availability/ETR] or the Mobile Companion for that particular flight.

You would need to specify the Departure Time (e.g. 06:00), as prompted:

OK, that works. (But it still seems strange it's required on 2nd November, but not on any other dates...)

Will it be fixed anytime soon as I need to check general loads for the flight and it will take ages searching each class one by one.

I just wanted to mention that I found a bug to do with the filter tab. Regardless of whether or not I have the "Exclude Codeshare Flights" box checked, it will filter results based on my selection in that picklist.

Just upgraded to Platinum to search options for a mini-RTW.

When I try to search using my ANA login (which works on their website), I get the following:

"The ANA Number or Password you entered was incorrect. Use Web Password if you have it, otherwise use AMC Password."

After a few tries, it locks my account on ANA's website, for too many failed passwords.

Wrote to KVS yesterday, no response.

Anyone?
