Which is more likely, and how do I confirm? I'd hate to switch my existing flight to something that is showing as phantom availability. |
I wonder if you can at least answer the second question on this thread, which deals with the KVS tool:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...-kvs-tool.html Maybe, you can (in response to my first question) on the KVS tool web site, have a link directing one to a FAQ site (or tutorial) of the ITA Matrix Tool? |

At the moment, this is not something that is being considered.
It gets irritating that the KVS tool page always puts a reminder (?month in advance) box, about renewing one's membership. |

If not lifelong membership (for now), then what about a system of automatic renewal, every year?
In the meantime, you are welcome to renew for any longer term of your choice. |

I'm happy with a once a year reminder. I'd just as soon not have my credit card number stored somewhere and vulnerable.

I've got one issue and a feature request, and must admit I haven't read through 443 pages to see if others have mentioned them. :)
1. When displaying fares for AC flights, I do not see the Y, B, M, U booking classes. The results show all the lower fare classes, and then the premium economy and business classes. As far as I can see, Fares/PSH is the only option for displaying fares. 2. Feature request - monitor availability of a specific class on a specific flight and send notice when the class becomes available. For instance, this could be R class for upgrade availability on AC. I have read elsewhere on FT that ExpertFlyer offers this feature. |

Is there an on going issue with Award/JL? I can't seem to use it to find CDG-HKG or MXP-HKG. It works on SYD-HKG, LHR-HKG, JFK-HKG
Edit: Looks like CDG is working but MXP still isn't working |

KVS requiring 6-char pwd for DL; mine is 4
Just downloaded 7.4.0 and it now won't let me search for DL-SkyTeam awards. It flags the password field as red and says that the required DL.com password is 6-20 characters (which is why I'm assuming the tool is erroring out before it searches). However, my DL.com password is only 4 characters and I confirmed that it is still a working/valid password. Why did the tool switch to requiring a 6-char pwd when DL does not?

Access to DL reservations (by PNR or ticket number) also seems to be broken in 7.4.0 and 7.4.0.R1. The reservations can be seen on the DL site by entering the same information manually.
