The temporary code and the actual code from KVS come in from different email addresses. If you're on a Mac with Spotlight running and indexing stuff, click the spotlight icon and type in [redacted by me - PM me if you want to know what to search for in Spotlight] just to be sure.

We have tested the [Fares/PSH] Engine shortly after you have made the OP and it was functioning normally. Therefore, any time-out issues would be a result of a firewall or network problem between your machine and the respective servers.

Is it possible to save a search for award space or must I enter the search parameters each time I want to make an inquiry?

Now it works again

"RU" POS slows the result because KVS has to convert the amount from RUB to USD or EUR or any other user money. Do you have so many Russians for clients ...:)

Click the "Save" button on the right side of the console. Then, to pull it up later, click the "My Trips" tab and double-click the specific parameters you want to search with.

Search for JFK is showing EWR LGA, I need JFK specifically
 
Usually getting metropolitan airports closeby is a good thing, but I am making my own connection and it leaves from JFK, so going from EWR or LGA to JFK would be a pain, I would like to limit results just to JFK but cannot find anywhere in either the settings, documentation, or thread how this can be accomplished and thus am posting to see if this is possible.

I called AA to check upgrade possibilities for an upcoming flight and they said it didn't look good because the flight was full.

I said: "hmm, when I look at flight xyz it shows, Y7, F5. Does it really show F0 in your system. I'm using ETR. Do you really show F0? Do you know what ETR is? How about flight abc, do you show Y7, F3?"

She responded: "I don't know what ETR is, but I show the flight you are requesting is sold out and yes, I agree that the other flight is showing Y7, F3."

Can someone please explain, reconcile? I thought we were both looking at the same real time data?
