I Just downloaded true kvstool and it asks for a registration code. The orig post from 10 yrs ago says a code comes up after opening the program. But when I open the program, I don't see a registration code. I assume it was only free in the beginning?

Star Alliance Upgrade Unavailable on KVS but Available on AC?
Hi, long time user of KVS (actually just half a year) but this tool has completely transformed the way I fly, yet I haven't figured out how to use this 100% yet!
Anyways, I ran into an interesting problem today. KVS show no availability on Awards/*A and Awards/AC, UA site shows no availability either. However, on a whim, I decided to type in the itinerary on Aeroplan's site and MIRACULOUSLY was upgraded. Is there something I'm doing wrong to search? I loaded in AC AE, NH ANA Mileage club memberships for credentials. Wonder if anyone can advise on KVS accuracy issues, particularly with BA? I am looking to take a T-class (WT+) ticket LHR-TLV this Mon or Tues morning. KVS shows W9 E7 T6 on Mon, and W9 E9 T7 on Tues. But ba.com and every other search engine I tried are pricing up only W-class tickets.
There is no 7-day advance purchase rule on a T-class ticket that I know of. KVS POS is US but I also tried via BA's US site. Any other ideas as to how KVS can be so wrong and where I might be able to make the booking at the "right" price? |

This morning, I am receiving internal server errors when performing OneWorld Award searches. I have validated that I'm using the most recent windows version.

I'm new to KVS, and try to find an award flight from ZRH to CPT on 12.12.2014 (+2days) and back somewhere around 30.12.2014 - 3.1.2015. So far i did not find anything. neither with Star Alliance nor with OneWorld. Am i doing something wrong, or is there really no awards available. Your help is very much welcome. regards Andy |
