Thanks, but this doesn't work for Joker availability, and recently when I've called the US office, they saw that the ticket was bought in the UK / UK BAEC address and revert to UK POS and GBP.

I would like to know if there's any way to get the KVS application working for free. Because I don't need to use it often for paying a membership.
You may wish to consider using one of the 2-Month membership options: http://Join.KVSTool.com/ |
It appears GTC is unavailable with the demo access method. Not sure if it's a short term problem or a permanent lock out.
Any other access methods available we should explore? |

is there a problem with Availability-FS? I can not return itineraries with more than one connection for my intended trip. e.g. was looking at this query: PIT-VIE Aug 27, all airlines, sort by connections, filters unchecked. Only 1-stop trips returned. I know there is a PIT-YYZ-FRA-VIE, for example, that isn't there.
And its inconsistent - PIT-PSA shows lots of 2 stop trips. PIT-FRA only 1 stop.. Ideas? |
I have a simpler problem with Availability-FS. I'm looking for details for my flight Aug 8th DEL-BOM on Air India. Under the FS method my 7am flight does not show at all. It's AI 657.
However it does show under Availability-ETR. I thought FS was the best one for general use and ETR was the one where some flights might not show if there was no availability (although there is plenty of availability on AI 657 Aug 8th at 7am). Confused. |

Thanks. I'll remember that for future. Out of interest, why is it necessary to set the time for some searches and not others?

BA-OneWorld not working
Getting "Data Source Error [RD-2]" while searching for intra-Europe flights to ALC, and TATL like JFK-FRA, for this upcoming weekend. Anyone else noticing issues?

thanks for the reply, re: my PIT-VIE problem. Doing individual segments isn't a huge deal, and will do so. thanks.
however one thing I did want to verify/check... you said PIT-PSA requires 2 connections, which I assumed too - but there is a PIT-JFK-PSA listed. DL 413 flies JFK-PSA , so just single connection / 2 segment itinerary shows up, yet various 2 stop (3 segments) are there too. I would paste it in here to show, but cant figure out how to copy/paste anything from kvstool (maybe because I am emulating on a mac)? Seeing these results is part of the reason I wondered why only the 2 segment PIT-VIE itineraries came up. |
Wondering if it's possible to search for multiple destinations in KVS Award search. I want a AF/KL award ticket in YS from SFO to anywhere in Europe, but it seems it can only specify one destination airport...
